REGULATION OF THE MEETING “DELLA VALLE” - MAY 4th 2014
 The “A.S.D. Atletica 100 Torri Pavia” is organizing, with the approval of Fidal, an international
meeting called "XII International Meeting G. Della Valle.
Participation is reserved for athletes and Italians and foreigners with regular membership for the year
2014 competitive and the categories (A/J/P/S) that have achieved the minimum participation
indicate:
Italian and foreign athletes registered for Italian companies in good standing with the membership
for the year 2014,
Foreign athletes belonging to society associations recognized by the IAAF of:
Community Federation’s permission to race in Italy, extra in addition to permission from the
Federation’s Visa.
The “A.S.D. Atletica 100 Torri Pavia” reserves its right to invite athletes, not having the minimum
requirements.
Minimum participation:
MASCHILI: Mile race (3’50’’ 1500 m or 1’53’’ 800 m)
FEMMINILI: Mile race (4’35’’ 1500 m or 2’15’’ 800 m)
The minimum must be achieved during 2013 or 2014 and incorporated as valid in the rankings
seasonal officers.
The event is covered by insurance in accordance with federal regulations.
Inscriptions must contain: name, address, company, N°card, best performance 2013/2014 with date
and place, N° telephone, email address, any request for accommodations, day, hour and place of
arrival, used transports and place of arrival if already known. In any case it should be communicated
subsequently by mail atletica100torri@libero.it
If all the above is not communicated, the organization will reserve the right not to provide
hospitality.
Completed registration forms must be sent, in their entirety, by fax (003938221468) or by email
(atletica100torri@libero.it , pavia@eap-circuit.org ,) not later than April 30th 12 (midnight). For
athletes of the EAP circuit, date is fixed not later than April 4th .
Entries are free.
On the web site www.atletica-100-torri.it it will be possible to check the list of members.
To enable more timely the compilation of the series, the entries must, on pain of their exclusion, be
confirmed an hour before each race.
It is expected the doping control , under the EAP and FIDAL’s doping control rules.
AWARDS: the first six athletes of the international race will be awarded with: 500 €+ prizes in kind
(1st class.); 400 € + prizes in kind (2nd class.); 300 € + prizes in kind (3rd class.); 200 € + prizes in
kind (4th class.); 150 € + prizes in kind (5th class.); 100 € + prizes in kind (6th class.)
For EAP 500 € (W 4’22’’34 Mariam Jamal - M 3’56’’76 Hamid El Mouaziz).;
HOSPITALITY: the accommodation will be guaranteed only for athletes which will run in
international mile race expressly invited or for those athletes whose request has been confirmed from
the organization by email.
REIMBURSEMENT: travel reimboursement could be payed only for athletes which have minimum
for the participation in international mile race and only if there is an agreement confirmed from the o
organization by mail.
Payments of the Awards will be made within 15 days from the meeting’s date with a money
transfer to the bank account details indicated in the subscription of tax returns, or later by mail.
Information about bank account have to be sended no more than 60 days after publication of the
results on www.atletica-100-torri.it
Complaints: Any complaint must be presented, in the first instance, orally to the jury in the athlete
court/ground and, in the second instance, in writing to the appellate court within 30 minutes of
exposure result, accompanied by a fee of € 100.00, refundable in case of acceptance of complaint.
For that not mentioned in this Regulation, the technical rules and statute of the Italian Athletics
Federation for the current year.
