Dear Athlete,
When arriving at the University, especially if you are coming from the M1, do not follow the signs to turn right at the first roundabout into the West entrance but continue to the second roundabout and turn right onto Epinal Way and then right into the Campus at the East entrance.

This event takes place as the University hosts Team GB in its preparations for the Olympic Games. To this end certain security measures have come in to effect for University users that will affect you as you enter the Campus. All traffic entering Campus is liable to be stopped and searched on a random basis.

Please ensure that you have with either a passport or Photo Driving licence as identification, which you may be asked for at Security as proof of identification. At Security say that you are an athlete for the LEAP meeting and you will be directed to a car park.

After parking your car, stewards will direct you towards the HiPac.

Athletes Registration will open at 11:00 and close 60 minutes before your event and will take place in a marquee in the HiPac Car Park where you will need to show your Photo ID to get a wrist band before you can enter the HiPac. Please be aware that you can be checked and challenged by the police and SIA security at any time on Campus or at the event, this is the same procedure that the University Staff faces currently. Coaches will be admitted on the production of a valid coaching licence and £1.

Please check the websites for any timetable changes and to notify us if you are not competing or are not going to run in other events that you have previously entered.

On entering the HiPac, the warm up area is downstairs.
